How Does EasySMS work?

Easy SMS is used in situations when someone needs immediate help but doesn’t know their location.

As long as someone has GPS on their phone, Easy SMS can geolocate a user and will alert dispatch of their location to send help.

Easy SMS also works in remote low-bandwidth areas and even works on flip-phones!

Only 3 easy steps!

Step 1: Dispatch Sends a Text Message

When a user calls emergency services, the operator collects the phone number of the caller and send a simple text message using the EasySMS system.

The caller doesn’t need to download an app, they only need provide their phone number and be able to receive a text message and the system does the rest!

Step 2: User receives text and clicks a link

Once the user receives the text message, all they do is need open the text and click on the enclosed link.

That’s it!

Step 3: Track the user's location

Emergency services can track the user’s location and send out emergency service vehicles to help the caller.

Location is as accurate as 3 feet!
